There's a place called Gollywood. It's a special place that people go when they wanna escape . . . Hollywood. Now . . . the reason people like Gollywood so much . . . is 'cause the folks in Gollywood . . . pride themselves on being so nice . . . being nice to almost everyone . . . even being nice to weird family members, friends who call late at night, and nosy neighbors . . . and even being nice to wannbe newcomers who've just migrated to town. Y'know, it doesn't matter if you're famous or not (well, maybe just a little bit) . . . but anyway . . . you don't have to have your picture on a magazine cover . . . 'cause everyone is special in Gollywood. You can always find a friendly smile . . . a warm conversation . . . a caring soul . . . in the place they call Gollywood . . . in the place that people love so much . . . 'cause it ain't . . . Hollywood. Yeah, even the dogs are extra nice in Gollywood. Well . . . most of 'em. Or maybe . . . the lovable mutts -- just seem . . . sorta . . . nice . . . 'cause their owners live in . . . Gollywood. Hey, honest. It's true. A lot of Gollywood dogs . . . will jump up . . . and kiss the face of a newcomer . . . even without an introduction. But that's why people like Gollywood so much. It's just a very, very, very special place. And, y'know, trying to figure out why it's such a special place . . . is . . . well . . . sorta hard. Maybe it's 'cause there's so many trees in Gollywood. Of course, there's lots of traffic too . . . but folks are willin' to put up with a little inconvenience -- as long as the mayor doesn't plop an "L.A. freeway" in their backyard. Oh, gosh. That'd be a terrbile thing, huh? To wake up and find the Santa Monica Freeway in your backyard. Whoa. But luckily for the folks in Gollywood . . . the "cement mixers" have already poured a bunch of new freeways . . . so . . . only a few "worry-warts" wake up in the middle of the night (unable to sleep) . . . 'cause they've had an "L.A." nightmare. Well, just wanted to tell you about Gollywood. If you ever get a chance to come and visit . . . let me tell ya . . . you shouldn't worry . . .
